Terms and refunds

unprompted.top is a learning and speaking-practice service independently operated by an individual in Hong Kong under the unprompted.top brand. For product, billing, cancellation, refund or dispute enquiries, contact support@unprompted.top.

Draw a topic, research it, and explain it in your own words. Existing practice tools, local recording, playback and downloads remain free forever. Recording and AI feedback are optional. New registered Beta accounts receive a one-time one-minute analysis allowance; it does not replenish daily or automatically turn into a paid subscription. AI feedback is a learning aid. It can miss issues or make mistakes and does not guarantee factual accuracy or a particular learning outcome. Check important claims against original sources; feedback is not professional advice. Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not upload others' private information or unlawful content, or abuse accounts or free allowances. You retain rights to your recordings and text and permit us to process them to provide the analysis, storage and playback you request.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). A paid subscription starts only when you choose a plan and confirm payment. Creating an account or joining the waitlist does not charge you.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. After successful payment is confirmed, the corresponding billing-period allowance is credited to the account used for payment. Delivery is online; no physical goods are shipped. Allowances refresh each billing period. Unused minutes expire at the end of that period and do not roll over or have a cash value. If a payment is confirmed but your allowance is missing, contact us with your account email and payment receipt. Do not send full card numbers.

A 100-minute analysis pack is a one-time USD 4.90 payment, with no auto-renewal. After payment is confirmed, 100 minutes are credited and remain valid for 12 calendar months from that payment. The pack does not change a subscription plan and can be used with or without Plus or Pro.

Existing subscribers can cancel at any time through billing management in their account or contact us for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with no further renewals. Remaining minutes stay available until that period ends. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; the policy below applies.

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven days of payment, provided you have not used any paid analysis allowance. Using the free trial allowance does not affect eligibility. Duplicate charges and payments for services not received are investigated separately. Requests concerning renewals, used paid allowances or payments outside this window are assessed based on the issue and applicable law; refunds are not guaranteed in all cases.

Email support@unprompted.top with your account email, payment date or order reference, and a description of the issue. We review billing and paid-allowance usage records and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on the payment provider and card issuer; contact the same email for updates. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law or your right to raise a dispute with your payment provider.

See our Privacy policy for how recordings, feedback, account and billing information are handled. Local recordings depend on browser storage; download recordings you want to keep. Maintenance, security issues or abuse may require service restrictions. If these prevent delivery of a paid service, contact us under the refund policy above. Changes to prices or subscription benefits will be communicated before taking effect and will not retrospectively reduce benefits for an already-paid billing period.
